| 產(chǎn)品描述 | ATI-2341 acetate is an effective allosteric agonist of CXCR4, it activates Gα1 instead of Gα13. ATI-2341 acetate activates inhibitory heterotrimeric G protein (GI) to promote the inhibition of cAMP production and induce calcium mobilization. |
| 體外活性 | ATI-2341 induced CXCR4- and G protein-dependent signaling, receptor internalization, and chemotaxis in CXCR4-expressing cells[1]. |
| 體內(nèi)活性 | ATI-2341 induced dose-dependent peritoneal recruitment of PMNs when administered i.p. to mice. When administered systemically by i.v. bolus, ATI-2341 acted as a functional antagonist and dose-dependently mediated release of PMNs from the bone marrow of both mice and cynomolgus monkeys[1]. |
